Without these documents, you will not be able to obtain a residence permit in Slovakia!
📍 Pre-filled application on the official form of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic.
📍 2 identical 3 x 3,5 cm color photos.
📍 The administrative fee (the amount of the fee is influenced by the purpose on the basis of which you are applying for a residence permit).
📍 Valid passport (if your passport is about to expire, you should get a new one beforehand).
📍 Documents confirming the purpose of stay (for example, in the case of spouses and residence permits by reunification – marriage certificate).
Criminal record certificate (almost always required, with a few exceptions, e.g. for children under 14 years old).
📍 Proof of residence in Slovakia.
📍 Proof of financial security.
