Rules on the use of cookies
This document informs Users about the technologies by which Slovakia Garant s.r.o. achieves the purposes described below. These technologies allow the Owner to access and store information (e.g. by using Cookies) or utilise resources (e.g. by executing script code) on the User’s device when interacting with Slovakia Garant s.r.o..ʼ
For simplicity, all specified technologies are defined herein as ‘Trackers’ except where a distinction needs to be established.
For example, although Cookies can be used in both web browsers and mobile browsers, it would be inaccurate to refer to Cookies in the context of mobile applications as they are Trackers. For this reason, in this document the term Cookies is used only when used in relation to this particular type of Tracker.
Some of the purposes for which the Trackers are used may require the User’s consent. Any consent provided may be freely withdrawn at any time in accordance with the instructions that are set out herein.
Slovakia Garant s.r.o. uses Trackers managed directly by the Owner (so called ‘own’ Trackers) and Trackers that utilise services provided by third parties (so called ‘third-party’ Trackers). Unless otherwise stated herein, third-party providers may access the Trackers managed by them.
The validity and expiry of Cookies and other similar Trackers may vary according to the period of use set by the Owner or the relevant supplier. Some of them expire at the end of the User’s browsing session.
In addition to the information provided in the descriptions of each of the categories below, Users may find more accurate and up-to-date information about expiry dates and any other useful information – in particular the availability of other Trackers – by referring to the privacy policies of the relevant third party providers or by contacting the Owner.
