We conclude a service contract. We receive by e-mail scans of your passport and certificate of no criminal record with apostille.
At this stage 10% of the cost of services is paid

10-15 days
By power of attorney we register you as an entrepreneur or set up a company in Slovakia, provide you with a legal address and address of residence registration, arrange insurance, prepare official translation into Slovak of all necessary documents.

2 days
First arrival in Bratislava. Together with you we visit the notary to certify signatures, open a company and personal account in the bank, submit the entire package of documents to the police to obtain a residence permit.
At this stage 40% of the cost of services is paid

Up to 90 days
The police review the application and issue residence permit cards during 90 days after submission of the documents.

1 day
Second arrival in Bratislava. You get your residence permit card. We accompany you to the medical examination. After receiving the results of the medical examination, we will send it to the police. The process of obtaining your residence permit is now complete. Congratulations. You have a legal right to live, work or conduct business in Slovakia.
Only after obtaining a residence permit card will you pay the remaining 50% of the cost of services
