Betting on innovative technologies – a priority in the development of industry, business and investment attraction in Slovakia 
And fresh, cutting-edge ideas are only possible in co-operation with the best teams from universities and research institutions.
One of the new projects in this link is the Centre for Science, Innovation and Cooperation (CEVIS) in Bratislava 
An online meeting was held this week between representatives of Comenius University, the Slovak Technical University, the Slovak Academy of Sciences and the Bratislava city administration.
At the meeting, plans for project implementation and specific goals for joint research activities were agreed upon.
The science centre is expected to help solve several problems at once:
improve the quality of the scientific base, link business with academia,create conditions for effective support of start-ups, make the process of investing in innovative research and development more accessible, attract the best young minds.
The Centre will not only provide places for Slovak scientists. It is planned to provide about 120 places for foreign specialists as well.
Representatives of the scientific community believe that such a contribution to science will open up new opportunities and a completely different level for Slovakia in various fields, from education to investment 
It is already planned to attract Euro funds for the development of the Centre. Therefore, we are looking forward to new interesting news about the project and innovative discoveries
