✅ Landlords often ask for a deposit 1-2 months in advance 👛 This is normal practice. But you should definitely sign an official rental agreement and study it carefully before signing to avoid unpleasant surprises.
✅ Check the utilities beforehand. Some people include them in the total rent, others do not. All this should be spelled out in the contract.
✅ The cost of rent varies greatly depending on the city, specific location, general condition of the apartment, its size, age of the building, etc. But be careful, because sometimes you may encounter situations with unreasonably high prices, which the landlord just wanted to give.
