2018: Foundation of the Company
In 2018, Slovakia Garant began its operations in Slovakia. The first office, located at Cintorínska 3A in the center of Bratislava, was a modest 12-square-meter space repurposed from an archive. Founders Vladimir and Tatyana Tkhorovsky handled all core functions: Tatyana managed sales while Vladimir oversaw finances and operations. This year saw the launch of the company’s website, www.slovakiagarant.com, and the debut of its YouTube channel, Slovakia For Life, featuring a company introduction video.

2019: Growth and Expansion
With a growing client base of 3-4 clients per month, the company hired its first employees to handle the increasing workload. During this period, Slovakia Garant introduced a new service line focused on employment assistance, helping employers find and recruit staff. In September, Viktor Sumovsky, an experienced manager, joined the team as the director, bringing strategic leadership to the company’s development.

2020: New Office and Partnerships

In 2020, Slovakia Garant moved to a larger 100-square-meter office at Venturská 16, located in the historic center of Bratislava. Viktor Sumovsky became a co-owner, reflecting his significant contributions to the company’s growth. The company signed a memorandum with ICPE (International Center for Promotion of Enterprises) and participated in the Slovak-Ukrainian construction and investment forum. Additionally, a partnership with international insurance company AXA allowed the implementation of online insurance services. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company introduced innovative remote residence permit services, attracting new clients and expanding its reach.

2021: Record Growth
The company experienced significant growth, serving 10-15 clients per month. This led to a move to a new 200-square-meter office at Michalská 9, also in the center of Bratislava. An investment department was launched to analyze and recommend promising Slovakian projects to business clients. Furthermore, Slovakia Garant partnered with mobile operator 4ka, enabling clients to obtain SIM cards directly at the office or remotely.

2022: Humanitarian Efforts
Following the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Slovakia Garant, in collaboration with the Ukrainian Embassy in Slovakia, established the largest humanitarian aid center in Bratislava. Over 20 volunteers worked daily to prepare and distribute essential kits with clothing, food, and other necessities to Ukrainian refugees.

2022-2023: International Expansion
The company entered new international markets, opening a representative office in China in 2022. Slovakia Garant began offering services to clients from China, Vietnam, Israel, and other countries, further solidifying its global presence.

2023: Charity and Development
In 2023, Slovakia Garant established the Ukrainian Renaissance Foundation, dedicated to supporting Ukrainian families, cultural, and educational initiatives. This initiative underscores the company’s commitment to social responsibility.
