Moving to another country always involves responsible decisions.<\/strong> That is why we believe that the client should understand in advance not only the cost of services, but also his rights, our obligations and possible risks. We do not promise the impossible and do not give guarantees that do not depend on us. But we honestly take responsibility for that part of the work that we actually control. Since 2017, this approach has allowed Slovakia Garant to build long-term relationships with clients and maintain the trust of people who turn to us for help.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What is important to know<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The decision to issue, extend or change the type of residence permit is made exclusively by the Department of the Police for Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic. No consulting company can guarantee a positive decision of the state body, since it depends not only on the quality of the preparation of documents, but also on the circumstances of the specific applicant.<\/p>

The grounds for refusal can be, for example, the provision of unreliable information, violations of migration legislation in the past, the presence of a ban on entry, non-compliance with the requirements of the law, or other circumstances that the company cannot objectively know about.<\/p>

Therefore, we never promise a client something that we cannot influence. However, we are fully responsible for the quality of our work.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2022 an honest assessment of prospects even before the conclusion of the contract;
\u2022 timely informing about the progress of the order;
\u2022 performance of all services stipulated by the contract;
\u2022 confidentiality of all provided information;
\u2022 transparent conditions of cooperation without hidden payments;
\u2022 refund of the cost of services in cases stipulated by the contract.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

How does the return guarantee work?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If the performance of the service becomes impossible due to reasons that fall under the terms of the guarantee stipulated in the contract, and the company cannot fulfill the obligations assumed, the cost of our services is returned to the client in accordance with the terms of the contract.<\/p>

At the same time, the refund guarantee does not apply to expenses that have already been actually incurred during the order fulfillment. These include government fees, notary services, official translations, services of sworn translators, legalization of documents, postal and courier costs, as well as any other services that have already been ordered or paid for by third parties. After they are completed or paid, these funds cannot be returned, since they do not remain at the disposal of our company.<\/p>

Also, the refund guarantee does not apply if the client independently makes a decision to terminate the support, despite the availability of legal opportunities to continue the procedure, or does not fulfill the obligations necessary for further work on the case.<\/p>

At the same time, we always try to find a solution that will be as fair as possible for the client. If the circumstances allow, we consider each similar situation individually and strive to preserve, first of all, trust, which is much more important to us than a one-time financial result.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Over the years of our work, we have repeatedly had to face difficult situations when state bodies made negative decisions or serious obstacles arose during the preparation of documents. In many cases, thanks to additional legal work, a correctly chosen strategy and interaction with state authorities, it was possible to successfully review such decisions and bring the case to a positive outcome.<\/p>

That is why we always recommend not to make hasty conclusions after receiving a remarkable or even negative decision. Very often, the situation can still be changed if the right strategy to protect the client’s interests is chosen in time.<\/p>
